在圆柱形的瓷管上进行固定了两个问题引出一个端子，陶瓷管表面上缠绕了扁带波浪形状的合金电阻丝，并在其研究表面涂覆一层发展具有中国阻燃，耐高温材料特性的涂层。陶瓷管作为电阻丝骨架的同时，还具有散热效果。本品可按照企业客户的要求进行定制。本产品适用于模拟负载试验、设备放电、自动控制、变频器能耗制动等。
Two terminal extensions are fixd on both ends of a ceramic tube on whose surface winds wave-shapcd alloy resistance wire and a high temperature-resistant and firepro of coating are applied.The ceramic tube can function as resistance wire skeleton and heat radiator as well.This product can be customized to special needs of customers and  applicable to simultion load test,equipment dischaege,automated control and invertes energy loss brake.
